As you may have noticed, I have not posted in FOREVER!!! I really do apologies for that. I have so many ideas for blogging, but I just don't have the time with both of my jobs and all of my other projects I have going on. So I am not saying good bye, I just wanted to say that I will stop in and post as often as I can. I post pretty often (with the exception of this last week) on my Cheap Fashion Blog, which I will be renovating very soon with tons of awesomeness!

{Mexican Style Salad}

Hey Everyone! I wanted to pop in real quick and share what we had for dinner tonight. This recipe is so easy and everyone just loves this salad! Its filling, low fat, and delish!

Mexican Style Salad
What you will need:
1 head iceberg lettuce, cut into bite size pieces
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
1/4 red bell pepper, diced
1/4 C red onion, diced
6 TBSP. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can ranch style beans, drained and rinsed
1 C Kraft FREE Catalina Dressing (more if needed)
1 C. Frito's (I crush them in my hand before tossing)

How to make it:
Throw all ing. into a large bowl and toss!
