  {Live Well Wednesday: Week:2}

Its that time again! Live well Wednesday! So, the update for this week...I haven't lost any weight BUT, I have been eating better, smaller portions, less fat, no fried food. And I have also been working out every morning, and I mowed the 5 ft. tall grass which was a workout in its self! hehe

So my goal for the rest of this week until next Wednesday is to continue on this path and hopefully loose at least 1lb. and not eat so much sugar.
Thank you so much to everyone, because you have all be so supportive, and I know you will continue to be!

I think it is a success in and of itself not to gain any weight! Congratulations!! I too stayed the same weight this week.

I'm with you on the sugar thing. I gave sugar up for almost 2 months!!! I need to start watching it again. Thanks for the reminder!

Good luck this week!

You go girl! Sounds like you're doing GREAT! How very exciting!!! And, as for the chalkboard paint~ Our fam loves it! I even did some on a door in my kitchen and then had my hubby screw an open back frame around it (got the idea from the frame on the door in Monica's house on Friends). I like that one a lot, too!!! I see now they have spray paint chalkboard paint, too~ they're getting some nifty products out there!!! ~Les

My daughters friend did the LA weight program and lost over 100 pounds. Losing weight is a slow process. I think that is why alot of people give up. The slower it comes off is suppose to be better because odds are you won't gain it back because you did it the right and healthy way. Good luck.

Way to go, keep it up and the numbers will start moving. (I hate the scale) I don't feel like I've seen any results this week, but I'm sticking with it.

Good luck, sounds like your doing awesome. I'm trying the same thing. I had an old college roommate call the other day and wants to meet for dinner in a month. I really want to loose some weight, I've probboly put on 40 1bs since college, it's hard work isn't it. Your daugher is adorable, she looks so cute at her first day of school.

Congrats on your new pathway in life!
My inspiration was my sister. She lost over 50 pounds with Weight Watchers. I FINALLY was able to start after having my son (and then an emergency appendectomy) and I'm down 11 pounds.
Woo-Hoo!!
It's nice to be able to see the scale continue to go down.
By the way, very brave of you to return to the evil grass mowing duty...I would not be so brave. You are one strong woman! ;)

Good for you! You are doing all the good healthy things AND losing weight along with it. Those pounds just keep creeping off with that kind of positiveness. Doesn't it make you feel good?

Its just a great feeling to know you are doing good for you never mind even thinking about food.

Stop by my blog for Trivia Friday..invite some friends too and good luck!
Have a lovely day.
