{Meals from Thursday, Week 3}
Breakfast on Thursday was oatmeal with apples and toast.
Lunch was leftovers from the week, and for dinner I made tuna cakes served with broccoli cheese rice and peas!

I LOVE the new look of the blog! I must not have been by here in a while!
And these tuna cakes remind me of one of my FAVORITE meals that my mother used to make, salmon patties. Makes me want some tonight! : )
